WD1 shoot plan
We film everything that needs real people in one block on WD1, while the setup is ready. The other videos on the publicity list are cut from this footage or made from the app, so nobody needs to film again before Impact IRL.

Not filmed on WD1: the thank-you reel (filmed at Impact IRL on 31 Oct). The pitch opener, booth loop and countdown stories are made from the app on the computer.

About the "clap"
Only needed if the mic records on its own device (a separate recorder or a wireless mic that saves its own file). Then one clap at the start of each take lets us line up sound and picture. If the mic plugs straight into the phone, skip the clap: say the take number out loud instead ("partner, line 5, take 2") so Ella's log matches the file.

Gear checklist
- 2 phones (one for filming, one for BTS), charged, 20 GB free
- Tripod or a stack of books + tape
- 2 clip-on mics (Dylan has them)

- The script open on a laptop or tablet for Ella
- Window light, plain background
Editing
We film it here, then edit with Higgsfield's video tools for the polished look. We'll test one clip first to check it still looks like us.
After the shoot
- AirDrop all clips to Dylan the same evening. Name the folder "WD1 shoot".
- Ella sends her take log in the team chat.
- Dylan or Deston picks the good takes from the log, then edits.
